  • Walk-ins are accepted Monday - Friday 9:00 AM — 11:00 AM
  • Runaway youth can consent to healthcare if they are wards of New York State's houseless system

• Requires a photo ID

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale

Health Insurance Enrollment

• Open Wednesday 9 AM to 4 PM; Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM

• Call ahead to make sure you qualify and possess the appropriate documents. Enrollment is offered for Emblem and United.

• Requires a photo ID
