Crime Victim Services Program
• Assistance for survivors of robbery: to be eligible, if you were 18-60 years old at the time of the crime, you should have suffered an assault in addition to that, unless you have a disability, if you are under 18 or over 60, you do not have to have been assaulted in process of robbery to qualify
• DV assistance: moving expenses, damaged or lost items replacement, medical bill recompensation, funeral organization
• Arson survivor assistance
Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Call them, instead of walking in. Services are available to certain crime victims and are discussed on a case-by-case basis. You have to have filed court paperwork and a police or FBI report in NYS.
