They open the intake 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM 1 week before the end of the month (for instance, if the last day of September is 31st, they open the hotline on 24th) call between then and the end of the month on a business day during general business hours to schedule an intake for the following month's clinic which happens in Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island.
