Safety Net Project (SNP) by Urban Justice Center (UJC)
Services include:
• Help for tenants fighting evictions, obtaining repairs, combating tenant harassment, and succession rights.
• Additional free services (referrals for housing and social services are offered to residents of the 8th Council District). Walk in 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Open Tuesday 10 AM to 1 PM
• Walk in on the first Tuesday of every month. This is only for tenants in City Council District 8 with NYCHA Issues.
• Benefits and homeless advocacy warmline is closed as of July 31, 2026. When it reopens, you can call (646) 923-8358 is open Thursdays 1 PM - 5 PM.
