  • Uninsured NYC residents only, whose income does not exceed four times the federal poverty guideline are welcome. All specialty care referrals are free, except dentistry
  • Psychiatrists can only issue SSRI medication to treat anxiety, insomnia, or depression; complex and acute psychiatric cases are not accepted
  • Unhoused people, active cancer, and substance use survivors are not accepted unless in remission

  • You can call to schedule an intake appointment or have a provider forward a referral package
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM- 11 AM and 12 PM- 1:30 PM, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM- 11 AM and Saturday: 9 AM-12 PM
