In-patient substance use treatment lasting 6-9 months.

• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

• Ask your counselor to enroll you if they see fit. Most types of health insurance are accepted. A phone assessment is scheduled if you are approved or a referral is made. Only individuals with a stable or manageable mental health state are accepted.

• Requires a referral package emailed by counselor to an intake specialist at [email protected], consisting of biophsychosocial eval, medical and physical assessment, a birth certificate (if you have one), and health insurance
