• Open Monday to Friday 6 AM to 2 PM; Saturday 6 AM to 1:30 PM

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Must have a history of Substance Use and complete an intake

  Requires Referral Package: Psychosocial Assessment, Basic Lab Report, Health Insurance Card, and Psychiatric Evaluation

  Requires Health Insurance

  Requires Proof of income (if you need fee scale)

  Requires State ID (any state)

  Age requirement: 13+
