• Health Insurance Enrollment
• Housing Advocacy, help with CityFHEPS, 2010-E Supportive Housing Applications, and Section-8 Applications. If you are a non-citizen, please see if you might qualify for this service.
• Independent Living Skills Training Program
• Information and Referrals
• Transitional Support Program
• Youth Services Program

• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

• Available to NYC residents with physical and developmental disabilities wishing to learn independent living skills and advance their careers. Walk in, call, or email at [email protected] to enroll.
