  • Testers from Iris House are at this location Mon-Fri and will test individuals aged 13+

• Requires a photo ID

  • New patients are only seen at the following times: Mon-Fri 9 AM-11 and 1 PM-3 PM
  • Pharmacy is open Mon-Fri 8 AM- 6 PM

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale
