• Spay/neuter surgery

  • Pet owners must live in one of the following zip codes: 11101, 11102, 11103, 11104, 11105, 11106, 11368, 11369, 11370, 11372, 11373, and 11377
  • By appointment only, no walk-ins are accepted
  • English- and Spanish-language eligibility form
  • Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes late
  • Calling the phone number typically results in a message that appointments are fully booked and clients are recommended to search for low-cost vets in their area
  • Most services are provided free of charge for eligible clients
  • To qualify for services, you must bring one of the following documents to your appointment: Public Housing, Supplemental Security Income, Disability/SSD, Medicaid, Welfare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, WIC, Food and Nutrition Services
