  • By appointment only, no walk-ins are accepted
  • Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes late
  • Calling the phone number typically results in a message that appointments are fully booked and clients are recommended to search for low-cost vets in their area
  • Most services are provided free of charge for eligible clients
  • To qualify for services, you must bring one of the following documents to your appointment: Public Housing, Supplemental Security Income, Disability/SSD, Medicaid, Welfare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, WIC, or Food and Nutrition Services.
