• Anger Management, Domestic Violence, and Parenting Skills Groups
• Assistance with NYC Courts, TASC, Probation/Parole, and ACS
• Court-ordered DWI/DUI Assessments and Treatment Services

• General Physical Exams and TB Testing Available
• Group, Family, and Individual Counseling
• Psycho-education, Recovery Skills Groups, and Relapse Prevention Groups

Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM
• Please walk in or call Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Medicaid recipients can receive MetroCards upon their visitOnly serves people who are clients of the organization
Requires a substance use history (no proof required)
Requires a photo ID
Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale
Requires a referral package: psychosocial assessment, basic lab report, health insurance card, and psychiatric evaluation
Age requirement: 17+
Medication Assisted Treatment
Services include:
• Methadone
• Suboxone
• Vivitrol
Open Monday to Friday 6 AM to 2 PM; Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM
