A medically supervised intensive outpatient substance use treatment program for adolescents and adults seeking recovery services.
Open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 12 PM
• Age 13+
• For Adolescents ages 13-17, the outpatient center provides after-school individual and group counseling from 4:00- 5:00 PM
• A sliding fee scale is available for uninsured people
• Eligible Medicaid recipients can get a Round-Trip MetroCard upon their visit
• The following insurance plans are not accepted: Cigna, ElderServe, Humana, or HealthFirst

13 years of age or older with an alcohol or substance abuse problem.

• They accept agency, hospital, and legal referrals; walk-ins are welcome
