  • The program operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day
  • They accept agency, hospital, and legal referrals; walk-ins are welcome
  • To make a referral, email a Psychosocial Assessment, Basic Lab Report, Health Insurance Card, and Psychiatric Evaluation to [email protected] or fax them to (646) 354-2999

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Requires a co-occurring substance use and mental health disorder

  Requires a photo ID

  Age requirement: 18+
