BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers

Services include:
• STI testing, work physicals, rapid COVID tests, and other diagnostics
• Temporary medication refills are available as needed
• On-site lab services (arrive before 6:00 PM for labs)

• Open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6:30 PM

• 
  • No MetroCards provided
  • Services available for individuals 6 months and older

• No documents required

  People of all ages are welcome
