• If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit. Walk-ins are allowed until 4:00 PM unless it is urgent. New patients should arrive early.

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale
