• Parent Education
• Psychiatric Evaluations
• Referrals to other services

• Open Monday to Wednesday 9 AM to 10 PM; Thursday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM

  • Schedule appointments via phone call
  • Sliding scale fees, accepts Medicare and Medicaid
  • Call to determine insurance eligibility
  • Only accepts participants from Brooklyn

• Requires insurance card
