• Health Workshops
• Individual and Group Counseling (daily one-hour groups around 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM on anger management, relapse prevention, domestic violence, and parenting)
• Mental Health Services
• MOUD
• Recreational and Cultural Alternatives

• Open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but if no one is available to conduct the intake, you will receive an appointment
  • Most health insurance plans are accepted, and people without insurance can receive a sliding fee scale
  • If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit.

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Requires photo ID

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale
