  • Walk-ins are welcome, but if no one is available to conduct the intake, you will receive an appointment
  • Most health insurance plans are accepted, and people without insurance can receive a sliding fee scale
  • Ambulatory Withdrawal Services are available on Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Have a history of substance or alcohol use.

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale

  Requires photo ID
