• Case Management and Benefits Assistance
• Domestic Violence
• DWI/DUI Screening and Assessment
• Group/Individual Counseling
• Mental Health Evaluation and Counseling
• Vocational Rehabilitation

• Open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

• Please call or walk in to request an intake. Upon their visit, patients are provided with a round-trip MetroCard.

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization
