• Outpatient short and long-term psychotherapy, medication management, and psychological assessments.
• Senior housing, home base, rent arrears, housing voucher information and case management referrals

• Open Monday, Wednesday 9 AM to 8 PM; Tuesday, Thursday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

  • Call the intake department at (718) 722-6001 to schedule an assessment appointment. Appointments often require a referral from a hospital. Community members may walk in to enroll on Mondays and Thursdays by 11:30 AM with insurance card. People without health insurance will be placed on a sliding fee scale, average copay in this case is $150.
  • They accept most Medicaid and Medicare plans, except Aetna, Humana, or Cigna. If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit.
  • Age requirement: 5+
