Ear Impressions and Hearing Aid Repair
Open Monday 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM; Wednesday 9 AM to 3 PM; Friday 1 PM to 4 PM
• They accept Cigna, Aetna, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, straight Medicaid, and United Healthcare Community Plan. If you do not have those types of insurance, the fees for services are: hearing testing is $300, evaluation is $225, and repair is $250. Online Hearing tests for adults are at chchearing.org/free-online-hearing-tests.
• MetroCards are not provided.
• Emergency walk-ins are available for ear impressions and repair on Mondays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Otherwise, appointments are required. For appointments, call (917) 305-7766 or email [email protected] to enroll.
