• Psychiatric Evaluation
• Vocational and Educational Referral Services

• Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM

• Call to schedule an intake appointment. Uninsured people may be placed on a sliding fee scale.

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Requires a photo ID

  Requires a health insurance or proof of income for a sliding scale fee

  Age requirement: 18+
