• Intake Center for Adult Families – for any family without children under 21, including legally married couples with a valid original marriage certificate, domestic partners with an original domestic partnership certificate, adults with proof of a medical dependence of one applicant upon another, two or more adults with a parent and child or sibling family relationship, or a "caretaking" (emotionally or physically supportive) relationship.
• All applicants must be present during the intake.

  • Walk-in anytime. If you have been assigned to a shelter within the last year, you cannot change it unless you can prove it is unsafe or impossible for you to live there.

• Requires an ID for faster processing, but not mandatory. the following are very helpful during the intake process: any form of ID with a picture and proof of age • Social Security card • Medicaid card if available • if working, your most recent pay stub people of all ages are welcome

  Requires proof that demonstrates applicants have resided with one another for 180 days within the year immediately prior to the date of their application

  Requires proof of family relationship
