• Residence is Upstate and is available to participants 16-27 years old who have a severe daily dependency on substances other than marijuana. Only clients with a supportive family member who would attend the weekly Wednesday evening in-person groups can apply. If you are a US citizen or a Green Card Holder (other immigration statuses may qualify), you may be enrolled in congregate care to cover your expenses. If you are undocumented (there might be additional qualifiers for underage participants), you must apply for a sliding fee scale based on your family income.
• Walk-ins are not preferred; please call during the open hours.
• Outpatient services are available to adults as well; no insurance is required.
• If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit.
