Elmy's Special Services (ESS)

Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

The enrollment is done by calling during open hours. The line is available 24/7 for emergencies involving a client in a crisis. Caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities living In Brooklyn can apply as long as they are referred by The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Please reach out to your local ACCESS VR for directions.
