• They offer FREE training in Office Administration (previously Administrative Professionals) and Healthcare Administration (previously Patient Services Representatives). A registration fee of $50 exists but can be waived if you cannot pay it.

The Healthcare Administration Program includes:

• After graduation, participants receive one year of job placement assistance, job-retention support, and lifetime access to post-graduate workshops, networking events, and professional development opportunities. Their Master's level student interns provide support during the training phases of the program, and our Alumnae Services team provides ongoing professional coaching after graduation.

• MetroCard, business suiting, and Internet connectivity can be arranged if needed. Do not visit the office without an appointment; any sort of ID card is needed to enter the building (even a student ID works). To qualify, you must:
  • Identify as a woman
  • Be vaccinated against COVID-19 for the Healthcare Administration Program
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
  • Be a high school graduate or GED/TASC recipient
  • Be neither enrolled in nor completed a Master's degree program
  • Be able to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute, check your speed here
  • Have an active email address
  • Have a functioning laptop or desktop. Tablets and phones are not equipped for adequate online learning. (Information on obtaining a laptop is available)
  • Have reliable Wi-Fi (Information on obtaining access to it is available)
  • Have sufficient storage on your device for downloading learning applications
  • Be able to troubleshoot common technical difficulties (e.g., video and sound issues, connectivity, devices not starting up)
