Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ)

The following services are available to anyone:
• Free Tax Prep (only New York State income, no business taxes, no income requirements) during tax season. Call to make an appointment at one of their 3 locations, and they will explain what to bring
• Referrals to the social service department for:
• — Civil cases
• — Housing ( Section 8, FHEPS, SCRIE, DRIE)
• — Government assistance and recertification, Immigration fee waivers

• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

• They call their clients residents. Anyone is welcome to become a resident.

• No documents required
