• Homebase: Eviction Prevention — Assistance with rent and utility arrears and mediation to prevent eviction, Public Benefits Assistance, Education and Job Placement — HELP Works, Financial Counseling, Relocation Assistance. Call or walk in to find out what documents are required. You must live in zip codes 10467, 10470, 10453, 10463, 10468, 10471. At least one person in the household has to be a US citizen. Income requirements apply.

• Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVP): Returning Home — Assists veterans in relocating to their community of origin or a supportive community to facilitate housing placement, Shallow Subsidy — Provides two-year rental assistance, covering 50% of Fair Market Rent (FMR) directly to landlords, with veterans paying the remaining 50%; It encourages income growth during assistance to ensure post-program affordability; Rapid Resolution — Offers interventions to prevent shelter entry or homelessness or to expedite exit immediately after shelter entry.
