Apartments available to very low-income people who are experiencing barriers to living independently (behavioral, functional, or physical conditions). Supportive housing is affordable housing with voluntary onsite support services. The participants are required to have a Section 8 voucher (in addition to other requirements, they have to be a US citizen)
