Libertas Center for Human Rights

• Comprehensive medical and mental support for politically persecuted people and forensic and psychological affidavits for asylum seekers. Support groups and events are available for clients.
• You do not have to be an asylum seeker to receive support here. The first step is an eligibility interview with the center; an interpreter is provided as needed.

• Open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM

  • No walk-ins are accepted.
  Eligibility for services: clients must have suffered physical or mental harm intentionally sanctioned by a foreign government outside the US. Make a referral here.
  The waitlist is 4 months long, and it is advised to apply for membership early in preparation for an asylum application.
