  • Only Medicaid-based plans and some essential plans through employment are accepted, and fee scale is offered based on income
  • New patients interested in methadone maintenance can walk in 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM Monday through Friday

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Must have an opioid use disorder.

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale

  Requires photo ID

  Age requirement: 18+
