  • Walk in or call to become a patient
  • The Behavioral Health Clinic operates Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fri. 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Other service hours vary from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • MetroCards are provided to those with NYS Medicaid (if you are not on a transportation plan), and uninsured people can get a fee scale based on their income, regardless of where they live

• Requires proof of address

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale.
