Services are available to any adult, except for the YASS Program:
• HIV/Hep C/STI Testing, Prevention, and Treatment (injectable treatment is available even if you are not a primary care patient here)
• Primary Care and referrals for:
 — Anal Cancer Prevention Program
 — Dentistry
 — Gender-Affirming Surgery
 — Hormonal Therapy
 — Psychiatry, Psychology, and Addiction Treatment
 — Nutrition
 — Acupuncture
• Trans and queer cis men (mainly of color) 13-29 years old can submit a contact form at instagram.com/the_yass_program for HIV/STI testing, education, and linkage to prevention and treatment services, but no one is turned away

• Open Monday, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM; Tuesday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM

  • Sliding fee scales are available based on your income
  • You can email [email protected] or call to enroll in trans care online, and a staff member will get back to you

  Requires Proof of Health Insurance or Income to be placed on a Sliding Fee Scale.
