Services are available to any adult, except for the YASS Program:
• HIV/Hep C/STI Testing, Prevention, and Treatment (injectable treatment is available)
• Primary Care and referrals for:
— Psychiatry, Psychology, and Addiction Treatment
— Nutrition
— Acupuncture and massage
— Dentistry
— Gynecology
— LGBTQ+ care, affirmative surgery, and hormone replacement therapy
— Pharmacy
— Prevention of Anogenital Cancer
— Nephrology
— Neurology
— Pain management
— Social work guidance
• Trans and queer cis men (mainly of color) 13-29 years old can submit a contact form at instagram.com/the_yass_program for HIV/STI testing, education, and linkage to prevention and treatment services, but no one is turned away
Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
No walk-ins. Call to enroll. Uninsured and uninsurable people are not turned away. If you are a Medicaid recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit. Insurance types not accepted: Molina, United Community Plan Medicaid, HealthFirst, Affinity. Adults only. Minors are referred to the Teen Health Center.
Age requirement: 13+
