• DUI and DWI Assessment and Treatment
• Individual and Group Therapy
• Medical and Psychiatric Assessment
• Medication-Assisted Treatment for Alcohol Use includes Vivitrol
• MOUD for Opiate Use includes Buprenorphine
• Psychiatric Evaluation
• Referrals

• Open Monday to Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM; Thursday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

  • Please call to schedule an intake appointment. Intakes are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The earliest appointment is at 10:00 AM, and the last appointment is at 3:00 PM
  • If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit.
  • Age requirement: 18+. If you have a referral, it is helpful, but not required.
