Open Monday to Friday 2 PM to 5 PM; Monday to Friday 9 AM to 1 PM
Available to low-income Bronx and Queens residents who are being evicted and whose case is referred to court. You need a referral from an HRA or a paralegal to receive this service. Call 311 to see the list of paralegal agencies that can represent you. They also have shelters and transitional housing with an opportunity to get an apartment but this is doe through DHS.
