Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
Services include:
• Group and individual sessions (snacks are provided). Most groups are happening from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Referrals for resources and housing, employment support are offered, and the nurse practitioner administers medication treatment
Open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
MetroCards are provided to Medicaid recipients. Most insurance types are accepted and Medicaid with HMO. Medicare is not accepted. Call to enroll.
