Neighborhood Defender Service (NDS)

Services include:
• prevention of deportation and other immigration services for non-citizens with criminal involvement
• family court cases involving criminal matters
• all types of criminal cases
• civil cases involving criminal cases
• eviction prevention

• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

• They can accept your case if your arrest happened in the Manhattan borough within 7 days, and you are also a Manhattan resident. All clients must live in Manhattan north of 96th Street. An income assessment will be used to determine consider your ability to afford representation in addition to the case's complexity.
