Appointments only. This service is for uninsured New Yorkers who would have qualified for Medicaid based on their income, but are ineligible due to immigration status. If you are under 19, you must have a Medicaid denial letter, which is rarely possible to get as any NYC resident under 19, regardless of immigration status, who is low income, is most likely qualified for NYS Medicaid.

HIV Prevention and Treatment
Apretude injections are available to individuals regardless of insurance. Apply for income-based coverage if uninsured at nyucp.providecm.net/Form/Edit. After applying, call ADAP at (800) 542-2437 or (844) 682-4058.

For uninsured individuals: the HIV-prevention coverage does not waive the admin fees, which you can reduce by filling out the Charity Care form and emailing it to [email protected]. If you have insurance that does not sufficiently cover Apretude injections, fill out the eligibility form at viivsavingsprogram.com
