  • On weekends, they are only open on 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month
  • Call (844) 692-4692 for an appointment anytime, walk-ins are only allowed in emergencies
  • New patients for pediatrics primary care and OBGYN can schedule an appointment online as well
  • Current patients can schedule an appointment, speak to a provider, and more at mychart.nychealthandhospitals.org
  • Anyone, regardless of insurance status, is welcome
  • If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit
  • Specialty services require a referral from a primary care provider and many hospitals only serve people with established primary care at the same hospital
  • Underage patients require custodial escort
