• Open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM

  • Walk-ins are allowed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM
  • Contact the admissions department to schedule an appointment or to forward referral packages
  • The residential program is a 24-hour, live-in treatment facility where one will reside for the duration of treatment

• Requires Health insurance and ID (they work with undocumented people on a case-by-case basis)

  Requires Referral Package: Psychosocial Assessment, Basic Lab Report, Health Insurance Card, and Psychiatric Evaluation
