  • The overall wait time to complete an intake and be assigned a counselor is 1-2 weeks
  • Insurance plans accepted include Fidelis, Anthem, Healthfirst, Emblem, Oxford, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and Medicare
  • Sliding fee scales are available for individuals without health insurance

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Must complete an assessment

  Requires photo ID

  Requires proof of health insurance or current income, to be placed on a sliding fee scale.
