• Dental Care (referrals are provided to you if necessary)
• Mental Healthcare (Diagnosis and Treatment)
• Primary Care

• Open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

• 
  • You can walk in but must have the required documentation
  • The dental clinic operates Mon-Thurs 8 AM- 12 PM
  • Primary Care patient hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM- 12 PM, and 1 PM- 3:30 PM

• Requires photo ID

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale

  Age requirement: 18+
