• Call the intake line to schedule a meeting with a social worker who will refer you to the clinic. There are no walk-ins. The process starts with regular in-person therapy sessions, and then the therapist will refer you to the psychiatrist if needed. MetroCards are provided to Medicaid and Medicare recipients upon their visit.

• Must have a history of Mental Health or Substance Use

  Requires photo ID and Health Insurance (major New York State types of insurance are accepted, except Cigna), if ineligible for Medicaid, please bring proof of income to qualify for fee scale

  Age requirement: 18+
