I find that the staff are very respectful both of the clients and the space. They make sure to maintain some level of coordination with expections of a space communal for all people. Great care is taken to ensure cleanliness
More adequate communication & knowledge in regards to current events & client safety, *security* & /comfortability.
We want everyone to feel safe, secure and comfortable please let us know any specific ideas you have so we can improve. For updates on events, we send a monthly calendar via email to those who request and share news on our social media page on facebook @safespacenyc.org

The showers and ablity to cook is ok
I think most need to be fired including the manger and worker because they do not enjoy helping people and make it hard for others to stay in the program They take advantage of program service to abuse others and treat people more as freeloaders than actually people The crisis program is not up to standard very fithly and rule changes to fit their standards. Its more of a get what u can get program instead of supporting peoples on goals and ideas . The best example would be the case worker removing me from a shelter because of an argument. Their are fights there rules and regulations shift to fit their standards but if u say something against them they use whatever they can to get you out of program staff their are overly disrespectful and unprofessional Best workers and Ms Lopez Mrs Martinez and other works their are very poor standard staff and should be fired
This sounds like it may not be about the Drop In Center directly, but we still want you to know your voice matters here. Thank you for being open with us, your feedback is valuable, and we care about your experience.

Depends on the staff that’s working but everyone is pretty easy to get along with they try to keep the area clean it’s the kids who be coming in and out who dirty the place up and don’t clean up after themselves that mess up the place for everybody.
Stop letting just anybody come in here and get away with leaving messes and being disrespectful or trying to start for no reason if they know they have issues they should help look for them to find somehwere else to go because nobody wants to be around that.
We will keep working on making sure the space feels, safe, clean and supportive for everyone
The floor is secluded and high up from the street. It felt calm in the space.
We're glad the space felt calm and helped you feel at ease. We hope you visit us again.
I was buzzed in, and went up the stairs, when I got to the main area the staff just looked at me. I told them that I was there to speak to someone about a voucher for housing.
We appreciate you speaking up, your feedback reminds us how important it is to greet and support youth right away. So sorry you felt overlook. We will keep working on it.
After waiting 45min to speak with the housing navigator, I got my application in but I haven’t been able to reach the housing navigator even after emailing and calling multiple times.
We're sorry to hear about the difficulty reaching staff. We care about making the housing process smoother and appreciate you speaking up. We will make efforts immediately to do better
Everything was clean. The surfaces and the general area. Also the TV area was very nice.
So happy to hear you noticed. We want every area to feel clean, safe and enjoyable to everyone
The bathrooms were gender neutral. And I was asked my pronouns.
