  • You can contact the intake department Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM — 2:00 PM
  • Opioid treatment options include Methadone and Suboxone

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  Requires proof of health insurance or income to be placed on a sliding fee scale

  Requires a Medicaid, Medicare, or other types of insurance (copays may apply)

  Age requirement: 18+
