St. John Give Hope Foundation

• Step 1: any adult individual can call to get referred to Staten Island South Beach , The Bronx, or Los Angeles (flights are covered) in-patient recovery program with anonymous groups and a 12-step method for 14-28 days; insurance may be required. Assistance is offered in English and Russian
• Step 2: if they have space (only 10 beds are available), you may stay for up to a year in the shelter while continuing groups and outpatient substance use treatment at Coney Island Hospital.

• Open 24/7
