• Open Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM; Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

  • If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, see if you qualify for a Round-Trip MetroCard upon your visit.

• Only serves people who are clients of the organization

  An intake assessment must be completed

  Requires health Insurance or proof of income (for a sliding scale fee)

  Requires a photo ID
