What went well
Honestly, it was cool, the overnight was really helpful, especially on hard times, but it’s actually cool
What could be improved
the only thing that I will say that I have a problem with is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and it’s not the janitor not doing the best it’s the people, and the staff can be a bit much, and some Etc but it’s cool

What went well
I visited the clothing pantry and everything went well , it was big and spacious and there was a lot of options to choose from. I enjoyed shopping in there and everything was free !! The drop-in center is very nice as well , supportive staff and it’s very welcoming. The services here are nice as well.
What could be improved
What could be improved is the cleanliness of the kids that attend here , the staff and hiring people does a good job of cleaning but the kids can make it messy. That’s the only thing that could be improved

I like that I’ve been able to connect with other people and it’s overall a safe space in comparison to other drop ins.
What could be improved
A lot of the staff is very rude and don’t do anything help, a lot of the times they just sit at their desk, there will be people doing drugs sometimes and they don’t do anything.

I was fed, given higiene products and some basic necessities.

Staff could engage with the people coming in and introduce the door, the benifits and extra support and programs it has and check up on people one if they need help or where they are are at in the process etc.

I enjoy being here, They offer good shelter services, I enjoy the people that come here, The people that work here never gave me trouble, very communicative.

What went well
I do like that the drop in center can provide shower, laundry, and overall 24/7 service with staff. I enjoy how staff takes their time to hear my needs and help me throughout difficult days.
What could be improved
I think the only thing that can be improved is the frozen meals. Some participants don’t either enjoy frozen meals or can’t have frozen meals to properly digest. I believe they should provide both hot and frozen meals just to give the youth members, a variety of choices for them to have.

Out of everything the quote “frozen food” don’t really inspire the youth members. A little bit more snacks would be great not gonna lie.

Better food, better sitting & I suggest a little bit more structure cause it’s a bit more cramped.

What went well
My old relationships at home were falling apart and for some reason a lot of people didn’t feel the same way about me I started to feel alone during a lot of the conversations I was having with the people I thought was close to me so I came to the door wanting better for myself while getting time away from whatever I had going on the counselors were more than helpful they make sure to check in with you first thing allowing you to express your feelings in a safe place and for me it wasn’t their advice I just needed a space to talk and it helped.
What could be improved
I don’t think there’s anything specific that they can do to improve but the more clients they have the more experience they will have with different problems and solutions to help people.

Having a place to go when no other option is available to me as youth and thats it’s open 24/7 so I can come in and get and get the help and support I need such as getting a job and the activities that brighten up my day and makes me feel important.
